when I came back from a break to practise watercolour painting, I went to different places around campus to paint my alma mater.
the first painting was painted in front of doheny library, and the second was painted at the top floor of a dorm with some help from photo references. after sitting for sometime to put down the drawing and colours, I took photos and finished painting both of them indoors within a few hours.
inspired by a few actual brunch plates (and desert in a glass case) I had in los angeles, I painted these on Procreate and stylised them later.
